Denver Nuggets extend contract with Coach Michael Malone

The coach who helped get the Denver Nuggets their first NBA Championship will be the coach for the Nuggets even longer as they have signed an extension with Coach Michael Malone according to 9News.

Malone has been the head coach of the Nuggets since 2015 and in his 18th season went 16-4 in the playoffs getting them their first NBA Championship after 5 trips to the post season.

The contract reportedly comes with a nice pay boost that will make Malone one of the highest paied in the league!
