Most April Fool’s Day jokes are outlandish and would never work in real life. Denver International Airport (DIA) may have come up with a revolutionary idea as they were trying to joke around, though!
DIA went all out for their April Fools’ joke, which came with a link and website with more information about a new, made-up service called “Screen&Ride.”
The airport called it America’s first driveway-to-runway service where airport screening can be done at a pick-up location and the ride will take you to the airline gate.
While many X users picked up on the joke, many didn’t think this was a bad idea.
“Too bad it’s not real. I’d pay for that,” commented one user.
“That’s actually a great idea. They won’t really do it, but it’s a great idea,” commented another.
