Denver International Airport isn’t the most stressful airport in America, but it’s close

As much as traveling can be fun and relaxing, it can also be stressful and sometimes that stress kicks in before you even reach your destination thanks to places like Denver International Airport (DIA).
Frequent flight delays, crowds and even trying to find a space in the parking garage make airports a huge source of anxiety and agitation for travelers. Some airports are better for it than others and a new report reveals the worst offenders.
The 2024 USA Stressful Airport Index is now out, revealing the most stressful airports in the country. The research comes from StressFreeCarRental.com, which ranked the 15 most popular U.S. airports on five stress-inducing factors: passenger numbers, the cost for a week of parking, the number of destinations served, the overall airport satisfaction score and distance to the city center.
