Denver has one of the best dishes in the country! Have you tried it?

Denver, CO – Anyone living in Denver, or who has ever visited, knows that Denver has an amazing food scene with many different amazing restaurant and food options around the city.
Well now one Denver dish is being recognized by The New York Times with their “23 of the Best American Dishes they tried in 2023”.
With picks such as fried chicken in New Haven, Connecticut and Thai Red Curry Yellowtail in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, it wasn’t a meat dish that got Denver recognized but bread! And more specifically Hearth Bread at Denver’s Brutø!
Brutø describes their food as using “seasonal, core ingredients that encourage little to no waste while flavor remains influences from traditional ingredients grown and found around Latin America, Mexico, Texas and Colorado.”
Brutø had a pretty amazing 2023 as not only were they recognized by The New York Times, but also received the prestigious Michelin star this year, only one of five restaurants in Colorado to receive one.
