Country Stars React to the Passing of Kenny Rogers

We were so shocked to hear the news of Kenny Rogers.  His career spanned DECADES. He was my first concert with my mom at the Lake Charles Civic Center.  Dolly Parton just so happened to be with him on the tour.  Little did I know then, I’d spend my early career in radio playing their songs. I still laugh thinking about his tossing twenty-dollar bills off the stage the last time I saw him at Fiddler’s Green. Now THAT was funny! And no, I didn’t get one of those!
