Costco Ready To Eat Meatloaf Recalled in 26 States

Costco has recalled a ready-to-eat meat loaf meal sold in 26 states and two territories due to possible salmonella contamination.
The meal included a family-sized meat loaf, Yukon Gold mashed potatoes and a glaze. The contamination originated in one of the ingredients, Costco said.
According to the recall notice, the meal was sold March 2-13 in 26 states, the District of Columbia and Puerto Rico: Alabama, Arizona, California, Colorado, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Hawaii, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kentucky, Maryland, Michigan, Mississippi, Missouri, Nevada, New Mexico, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee, Utah, Virginia and Wisconsin.
Costco said: “Do not consume any product that is part of this recall. You can return it to your local Costco for a full refund.”
