There are currently Colorado ski lift tickets for sale under $15

Last winter, I was looking to take my family of five on a little staycation to a Colorado ski resort and I kid you not, it was more expensive then a trip to Disney World. So, this deal is great to say the least…

Southwestern Colorado’s Purgatory Resort near Durango is set to open on November 22, and lift tickets for that day start at just $25. Tickets for early December dates can currently be purchased for as low as $12.

Purgatory uses a dynamic pricing model, higher demand on a given day means a higher price and vice versa.

Please note that you’re looking at about a six-and-a-half hour drive from the Denver area to get to Purgatory, but depending on the date, it may be well worth the drive!
