Colorado home from a popular TV show is for sale and just saw a price cut

If you watched season four of HGTV’s “Rock the Block” you may recognize a Colorado home that is now on the market for $3,200,000.

The Berthoud, Colorado house, deemed “The Spa House” in the show, was designed by Bryan and Sarah Baeumler of “Renovation Island,” and just saw another $50,000 price cut, it’s second since it went on the market in March.

Featuring over 5,800 square feet of total space with four bedrooms and seven baths. It features a full spa retreat setup with a massage room, sauna and Chromotherapy infinity tub, among an attached fitness room. Furniture is also included with the home sale.

Located in the gated Rookery section of the Heron Lakes community that comes with a deeded membership to TPC Colorado. Owners in Heron Lakes live a luxury lifestyle with access to a resort-style pool, fitness center with full programming, and two community restaurants (third under construction).
