Colorado dog to be featured in Puppy Bowl

Bo Nix may not be going to the Super Bowl this year, but Colorado’s own pup Nix will be representing our state in the Puppy Bowl!
This year will be the 22nd year the Puppy Bowl takes place before the Super Bowl and will have Team Ruff vs Team Fluff taking each other on from shelters across the country to raise awareness on pet adoption.
Colorado’s Nix will be joining 150 dogs from 72 shelters and will be representing the Humane Society of the Pikes Peak Region and Team Fluff!
On their Facebook page they say “Nix will proudly represent Humane Society of the Pikes Peak Region and Team Fluff in the Puppy Bowl! He’s the only shelter dog from Colorado taking the field this year, and he’s ready to show off his skills and represent his namesake with tail wags and touchdowns”
The Puppy Bowl will be Sunday February 8th at 2pm ET/11am PT.
