Chris Janson bringing his Wild Horses Tour to Denver’s Hudson Gardens this August

If you’ve ever wanted to hear “Buy Me a Boat” while surrounded by 30 acres of manicured gardens in the Denver suburbs, your moment is coming.
Multi-platinum country artist Chris Janson will play Hudson Gardens & Event Center on Sunday, Aug. 9, as part of his Wild Horses Tour — and it might be the most intimate country show on the Front Range this summer.
The concert runs from 5 to 9 p.m. in partnership with Littleton’s annual Western Welcome Week celebration. Tickets are $55 to $65 and available through hudsongardens.org. The venue, located at 6115 S. Santa Fe Drive in Littleton, is a lawn-chair-and-cooler kind of experience — no nosebleeds, no $18 beers, just an outdoor stage tucked into one of the prettiest settings south of Denver. Janson is known for high-energy live shows built around chart-topping hits including “Buy Me a Boat,” “Fix a Drink,” “Good Vibes,” “All I Need Is You” and “Done.”
The Janson show is part of a stacked summer lineup at Hudson Gardens that also includes an Islands in Motion Polynesian Luau Experience on July 18 featuring Kalama Polynesian Dancers, live drumming, a fire knife dance finale and island-inspired food ($45–$90). The venue also runs a free summer concert series on Thursday evenings through August featuring local acts. Tickets and the full schedule are available at hudsongardens.org.
For Denver-area country fans who’ve been doing the Empower Field and Red Rocks circuit all summer, Hudson Gardens is the quieter play — smaller crowd, shorter drive from the south suburbs, and you can see the stage without binoculars.
