Casa Bonita will open four months of reservations on April 7

Apr 3, 2025, 4:29 PM | Updated: 5:11 pm

I still know a ton of people waiting for their chance to see the “new” Casa Bonita, so this is welcome news from the famous Denver Mexican joint.

It was announced today that the restaurant will open all reservations from June 1 through September 7 on Monday, April 7, at 9 a.m. MT.

This is different in that the restaurant has been opening reservations one month at a time for about the last year. This is the first time they’ve opened such a big block of dates at once.

As they’ve done for past reservations, you will be placed in an online queue until you make it to your turn in line, at which time you can make reservations.

If you’re trying to get in sooner, you may be in luck. At the time of publishing this article, I did a quick search and found many open slots in May, although almost all of them are in the lunchtime range.
