Casa Bonita Launches an Online Store and It Features a Sopapilla Candle

The big Casa Bonita news this week is about employees sending a list of demands to ownership, but that isn’t as fun as talking about the stuff they’ve started selling, so I am taking that route instead…
The restaurant has opened an online merch store.
The “El Mercado at Casa Bonita” store is selling souvenirs from T-shirts to hats to salsas and sauces. However, the item that caught my eye the most is the sopapilla scented candle!
The store describes the candle like this; “Formulated to our exacting specifications and manufactured from natural soy wax in Denver, our 8oz Sopaipilla scented candles have been known to induce sporadic drooling. Use at your own risk. Hints of cinnamon and caramelized sugar top notes are paired with warm notes of honey.”
