One look at Carrie Underwood and you know she makes fitness a priority in her life, and now she’s sharing her secrets, tips, her own personal journey as well as her Fit52 program in a new book called Find Your Path: Honor Your Body, Fuel Your Soul, and Get Strong with the Fit52 Life. This is Carrie’s first book, and it’s set for release in 2020.

She said, “Fitness and healthy living have been a passion of mine for years. It took time to find my way and navigate my wellness journey, and this book will provide tips and tools to help the reader find what is practical and sustainable in his or her everyday life for all 52 weeks of the year, and help lead them toward a positive lifestyle.”

Already the founder and lead designer of the fitness brand CALIA, Carrie’s goal is to teach readers to find a routine that’s easily incorporated into their daily lives. Whether on the road or at home in Nashville, Carrie tells us that working out is a daily must for her.

“It’s my therapy, like everyday. I don’t go get massages, I don’t go get facials. That’s my thing. I don’t need vacations even. I’m like, ‘Honey, if you can give me like an hour (laughs) I’m good,’ and I feel like a lot of what I do is physically demanding and I need to be at my peak. I need to be able to sing and walk across a stage without being winded. I feel like it’s just something that makes me a better person, a better performer, so I need that in my life.”
