Blizzards are just 85 cents at Colorado Dairy Queen’s through April 6th

Mar 24, 2025, 4:23 PM | Updated: 7:23 pm

Less than a week after Dairy Queen blessed us with their annual Free Cone Day, they are back with another great deal for the financial conscious Colorado ice cream consumer.

The very first Dairy Queen opened back in 1940, and to celebrate 85 years of treats, they’re rolling out new Blizzards at a throwback price. From today (Monday, March 24th) until April 6th, you can grab a small Blizzard for just 85 cents with any $1 purchase in the DQ app.

Not quite as easy as walking in and them handing you a free cone like last week, but a small Blizzard at Dairy Queen in Colorado is typically around $5.39. so a pretty great deal nonetheless.

Starting March 31st, new flavors are also arriving at DQ like the brownie-cookie dough Mixing Bowl Mashup and Dipped Strawberry Cheesecake, plus returning faves like Cotton Candy and Confetti Cake.
