Bear with three cubs attacks Colorado man after breaking into his home

Imagine this: You’re enjoying a nice evening at home when suddenly a bear and three cubs break in and attack you.

That’s not a hypothetical situation for an unidentified man in Lake City, Colorado after the mama bear and her three cubs crashed through a sliding glass door of a 74-year-old man, knocking him against the wall and clawing at him.

The man suffered injuries to his head, neck, arms, shoulder, abdomen, and calf before he and his wife escaped to a bedroom.

A sheriff’s deputy arrived and chased the bears out of the house, and the bears were killed by state wildlife managers after the attack.
