Asking price for the ‘Breaking Bad’ house, only a six hour drive from Denver, has dropped from $4 million to $400k

Depending on what part of town you live in, Albuquerque, New Mexico  is about a six hour drive from Denver. So, here’s a unique investment opportunity not too far from home…

Last year, the “Breaking Bad“ house in Albuquerque hit the market for $4 million, and failed to attract a buyer. Now, the asking price has been lowered to $400,000, which is the actual market value.

Apparently, someone convinced the owner that $4 million was a fair asking price, because whoever bought it could turn it into a tourist attraction, like a “Breaking Bad” museum, and make money off it.

Unfortunately, it’s in a residential neighborhood, and that would be against zoning laws.

Still, it’s pretty likely that the house will go for more than the 400K and the new owner COULD turn it into an Airbnb, which would probably attract fans of the show.
