Alan Jackson surprises Jon Pardi with Grand Ole Opry invitation at Stagecoach

Apr 29, 2023, 12:04 PM

Jon Pardi had the opportunity to tour with Alan Jackson years back, and now Alan Jackson got to show his appreciation by inviting him to join the Grade Ole Opry at the Stagecoach Festival.  This was not only a historic moment in that it was the first time someone had been invited at the country festival, but it was the first time a California native had been invited to join.

Guy Fieri, of Diners Drive Ins and Dives fame, came out on stage and introduced Alan Jackson who joined them on the big screen and broke the news to Pardi who you could tell was emotional as the California crowd cheered on.

Pardi told the crowd “I moved to Nashville chasing a dream at 22 years old, and now I’m here, and I love you guys, and I love country music!”  Well Jon Pardi, I think its safe to say country music and its fans love you back!  Congratulation!
