May 9, 2025, 3:02 PM

The 60th annual Academy of Country Music Awards was a rollercoaster of emotions. The show kicked off on a high note with host Reba McEntire, Clint Black, Dan + Shay, Wynonna Judd, LeAnn Rimes, Sugarland and more performing a medley of hits that earned ACM Song of the Year wins over the last six decades. Honkey-tonk country icon, Alan Jackson, fought back tears as he accepted the first ever ACM Lifetime Achievement award. Megan Moroney, Chris Stapleton and Brothers Osborne joined forces for a special tribute to Keith Urban, which led to Urban accepting theACM Triple Crown award. Brooks & Dunn were named Duo of the Year. In addition to Ella Langley’s early wins, she and Riley Green also snagged awards for Single and Music Event of the Year. Chris Stapleton was crowned Male Artist of the Year. Finally, leading lady Lainey Wilson won achievements in several categories, including Artist/ Songwriter of the Year, Female Artist of the Year, Album of the Year and the very top prize of the night – Entertainer of the Year.
