Colorado man gets slapped with restraining order from entire Kardashian-Jenner family

Of all the ways for Colorado to make national headlines, “local man allegedly tries to propose to Kylie Jenner and gets restrained from all seven Kardashian-Jenners” was probably not on anyone’s bingo card.

A California judge has granted the Kardashian-Jenner family a three-year restraining order against 40-year-old Kyle Robert DeWick, a Colorado resident Kris Jenner described in court filings as a “stalker” with “no relationship whatsoever” to her or her family. The order, which expires July 31, 2029, requires DeWick to stay at least 100 yards away from and have zero contact — by phone, mail, email, social media or carrier pigeon — with Kris, Kylie, Kendall, Kim, Khloé, Kourtney and Rob.

According to Kris Jenner’s sworn declaration, security first became aware of DeWick in 2021 after he allegedly made repeated visits to Kylie’s home and was eventually arrested for trespassing. It gets wilder: DeWick reportedly believed that Kris herself had encouraged him to pursue Kylie and propose to her at her house — a claim Kris firmly denied. The family’s private investigator also alleged that DeWick toured a property next door to Kim’s home — a house formerly owned by Kanye West — making “pointed inquiries” about the neighbors and insisting on meeting them before making an offer.

Kris told the court the situation caused severe emotional distress and left her scared for her family’s safety. A temporary restraining order was first granted in late May before being extended to the current three-year term.
