A Backstreet Boy Goes Country

Tyler Rich, LoCash, Tyler Hubbard and Brian Kelly….there are quite a few contemporary country artists who acknowledge the Backstreet Boys as among their musical influences, so is anybody really surprised that a Backstreet Boy is dipping his toe in the country music pond?

McLean recently said he’s always had a fondness for country music that was only fueled by his group’s CMT Crossroads collaboration in 2017 with Florida Georgia Line. In 2018 he told reporters on the Red Carpet at the ACMs he was coming to Nashville to “disrupt country music”. We don’t about that, but really, the song isn’t bad.
