Historic Denver's Old Buildings Expo

Whether you’re dreaming of restoring an old home, already knee-deep in renovations, or simply love exploring Denver’s architectural gems, don’t miss Historic Denver’s Love Old Buildings Expo from 10 a.m. – 2 p.m. on Saturday, May 9, 2026 in the Clayton Campus Auditorium at 3801 Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard.

Historic Denver’s Love Old Buildings Expo has been expanded to bring more helpful sessions, skilled craftspeople and tips to anyone that loves or lives in an old home. Guests will get the chance to talk to knowledgeable experts, craftspeople and preservation specialists about their specific home. The lineup of local experts includes Van Camp’s Quality Hardwood Floors, RM Design & Construction, Formula Roofing, Lapis Design & Build, SJO Electric LLC, David Table M Lamp Restoration, Lindy Design Build, Radix Design and Larapin alongside preservation champions like The State Historical Fund, Denver Landmark Preservation, and Discover Denver. Event sponsor and realtor Amy Berglund will also be on hand for anyone curious about buying or selling a historic property.

The Expo will be held on the Clayton Campus, a Denver treasure designed in 1911 by architect Maurice B. Biscoe. The expo includes campus tours showcasing this historic property with beautifully preserved grounds and architecture, info sessions on caring for and preserving older buildings and
hands-on resources and expert insight for anyone who loves older buildings.

Early bird tickets for Historic Denver’s Love Old Buildings Expo cost just $20 (includes a tour of the campus). Get tickets here. Tickets prices increase to $25 beginning May 1, 2026.
