Easter is Sunday (April 5), and while many of the Denver area’s most popular brunch spots are filling up fast, more than 300 restaurants still had availability as of this week on OpenTable alone.

Easter brunch is one of the busiest dining days of the year, and restaurateurs say planning ahead is essential — especially for buffet-style events that tend to sell out early.
