Denver restaurants that still have Easter reservations available

Easter is Sunday (April 5), and while many of the Denver area’s most popular brunch spots are filling up fast, more than 300 restaurants still had availability as of this week on OpenTable alone.
Easter brunch is one of the busiest dining days of the year, and restaurateurs say planning ahead is essential — especially for buffet-style events that tend to sell out early.
Here is a look at Denver-area restaurants still accepting reservations for Easter, ranging from lavish hotel buffets to à la carte brunch specials:
Buffets
- Ellyngton’s at The Brown Palace, 321 17th St., Denver. Easter brunch buffet for $135 per person, featuring a prime rib carving station, made-to-order omelet bar, shucked oysters and beef tenderloin shepherd’s pie.
- The Inverness Denver, 200 Inverness Dr. W., Englewood. Easter brunch at the Garden Terrace from 9:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. for $115 per person, with a seafood display and free-flowing champagne and mimosas. Reserve via OpenTable.
- Urban Farmer at the Oxford Hotel, Denver. Brunch buffet from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., featuring fresh oysters, Colorado roasted leg of lamb and made-to-order omelets.
- Fire Restaurant & Lounge at the Art Hotel, 1201 Broadway, Denver. Brunch from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. with seafood selections, classic brunch items and a dessert corner. Bottomless mimosas available for an additional charge.
- Omni Interlocken, Broomfield. Easter brunch buffet from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. for $79 per adult and $45 per child.
- Toro at Hotel Clio, 150 Clayton Ln., Denver. Latin-inspired bottomless brunch for $90, including mango mimosas and margaritas.
Prix fixe and à la carte
- The Corner Office, 1401 Curtis St., Denver. Easter brunch and dinner specials including warm raclette and leek quiche, porcini-rubbed salmon and herb-crusted leg of lamb. Reservations via OpenTable.
- Panzano at the Kimpton Hotel Monaco, 909 17th St., Denver. Italian-inspired Easter brunch from 9 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. for $75 per adult and $35 per child.
- Corinne at Le Méridien, 1455 California St., Denver. Special Easter brunch buffet with classic favorites and seasonal specialties. Reserve via OpenTable.
- Tamayo, Denver. Bottomless Easter brunch for $59 per person, including chilaquiles, jackfruit tinga tacos, margaritas and Bloody Marys. Food-only option available for $42.
- STK Steakhouse, Denver. Easter brunch from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. with specials including a breakfast burger, cheesy soft-boiled egg gratin with king crab and pancakes.

- The Greenbriar Inn, 8735 N. Foothills Hwy., Boulder. Easter buffet brunch with seatings from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. for $84 per person and $42 for children ages 3-12. Reservations required.
- Stoke & Rye at the Westin Riverfront, Vail. Easter brunch buffet with herb-roasted prime rib, honey-glazed ham, a seafood station and a visit from the Easter Bunny.
