Colorado’s only Buc-ee’s location gets an ‘F’ grade from the BBB

Maybe we aren’t missing out by not getting a second Buc-ee’s location in Colorado after all…
As of Wednesday, 33 locations, including the one Colorado location in Johnstown, have ‘F’ ratings from the consumer nonprofit the Better Business Bureau (BBB).
According to BBB, Buc-ee’s has failed to respond to 88 customer complaints dating back three years. Complaints and customer reviews also state, poor/rude customer service.
There were five Buc-ee’s locations around the country that received grades better than an “F.”
The Colorado location at 5008 Ronald Reagan Blvd in Johnstown opened in May of 2024, and despite this bad review, has stayed consistently busy.
