Winter Bike To Work Day takes place Friday the 13th

Friday the 13th may be unlucky to some, but many bikers will be feeling lucky with mild temperatures for Winter Bike To Work Day.

A day which already brings thousands of participants every year is likely to see a boost with the favorable weather on the day started by Way To Go, which is a program from the Denver Regional Council of Governments to influence people to ditch their cars for the day and instead use their bikes.

Currently there are over 2,400 riders who registered on their site to use their bikes tomorrow, and when you pledge, they are giving you an opportunity to win a $100 cash card.
