A Colorado gator farm is selling huge green eggs for $20 a piece

I should start this article by saying, the eggs I talk about in the headline of the story are not from alligators. Gators do lay eggs, but they are white and not as big as the green ones I mention here.
The huge green eggs being sold by the Colorado Gator Farm are actually from their emus.
According to a Facebook post, the farm has an “abundance” of emu eggs, so they’re selling them to the public. The cost of each egg is $20 and the eggs can be picked up at the gator farm located at 9162 Lane 9 N Mosca, Colorado. Denver to Mosca is about a three and a half hour drive…
However, if you do make the drive, one egg will make you an omelet about the same size as a dozen chicken eggs. They are said to taste pretty much the same as a chicken egg.
