Did you know there’s winter farmers market in Denver

When you think of farmers markets, it’s usually not during winter months, especially in cold weather cities like Denver. However, if you move the market inside, there’s not reason why it can’t happen when it’s cold out, right?
A new indoor winter farmers market on the south side of the city features dozens of local growers and makers selling everything from fresh-baked bread and pastries to gourmet mushrooms, kimchi and jam. There’s also non-edible goods like flowers, handwoven baskets and Turkish towels.
A Tavola Winter Market, now in its second week, also has a bar to grab drinks and listen to live music while you browse.
A Tavola Winter Market runs 4-7 p.m. every Tuesday through March 31st in the Denver Design District (575 S. Broadway).
