Smashburger unveils a new ‘Colorado menu’ featuring a new hot dog and burger

Smashburger is a Colorado company, so we’re always rooting for them, but we really love it when they wave the Colorado flag on a national level. And that’s exactly what they’re doing with their newest menu items.
The “Colorado Smashburger” is back by popular demand, and it features a Certified Angus Beef burger topped with green chilies, melted aged cheddar and pepper jack, lettuce, tomato and mayo on a spicy chipotle bun.
There’s also a new addition, the “Colorado Big Dog,” which is a quarter-pound 100% Angus beef hot dog split and butter-grilled, served in a toasted New England roll with cheddar cheese sauce, grilled green chilies and chipotle mayo.
