LOOK – George Strait plays for crowd of 400 in Colorado

Who wants to fight crowds, traffic and everything that goes with stadium shows to see George Strait do his thing when you can just get lucky and see him in a much more intimate setting? If you live near Gunnison, Colorado, you may have been one of the fortunate few to catch King George play in front of just 400 people last week.
Gunnison Tough is a small town benefit that provides comprehensive cancer support programs. They held something called the “2025 Songwriter Shuffle” on July 17, where musicians take the stage in front of a small crowd of attendees.
One performer was legendary songwriter Dean Dillon, who brought a friend…the guy he’s written a ton of hits for, George Strait. After shocking the crowd by bringing out his surprise guest, the two performed Strait’s “Here For A Good Time.”
