What happens when there is a concert and a Nuggets game scheduled for the same night at Ball Arena in Denver? Well, today we found out…
The short answer is the Nuggets win and get their arena on Thursday night (May 15) for Game 6 of their playoff series against the Oklahoma City Thunder. Pop superstar Katy Perry and her fans will have to wait to use the venue until later in the summer.
Ticketmaster’s website showed that Perry’s concert has been rescheduled to July 10.
Previously-purchased tickets will be valid for the new date. A Ball Arena spokesperson said a refund window is available for ticketholders who can’t make the new date.
