Sure, there’s snow in the forecast this weekend, but can you really say you’re from Denver if you’ve never ridden a rollercoaster in a snowstorm?

Elitch Gardens is opening this weekend for the 2025 Season and 135th year of operation here in Denver. On April 19, Colorado’s only combination theme and water park will open to the public for what will be the longest season in its history.

Along with high-flying coasters, pint-sized adventures in KiddieLand and a wet ‘n’ wild water park, guests can expect a variety of playful character appearances featuring fan-favorites like the Easter Bunny, Peppa Pig, Blippi, PJ Masks and one more surprising star yet to be revealed. This summer is also set to bring back a series of dazzling fireworks displays, entertaining Friday night Dive-In Movies in the wave pool, exclusive adults-only water park parties and more.

A season pass is the ultimate value for family fun, paying for itself in just two visits. For only $79.99, guests can enjoy unlimited visits through the winter holidays plus great perks like free parking, free tickets for friends, a free souvenir cup with $1.50 refills, free access to special events and more (must purchase and visit by May 4 to receive all the benefits).
