She started medication, traded running for walking and toned down her live performances. It sounds like those changes have been helping the “Hummingbird” singer. Even though she is still taking it one day at a time, she is feeling better and hopeful about her recovery.

Willie Nelson is 91 years old. What is the key to living that long? We can all speculate, but the answer might be in his lifestyle. Keen on clean eating, Nelson starts every day with a bowl of oatmeal. He is also a big martial arts guy and practices every day. Well, whatever the “Redheaded Stranger” is doing, it is working, because 91 looks good on him.
