Blake Shelton ends long-term partnership | Music City Minute

Sep 6, 2024, 2:13 PM

After 23 years, Blake Shelton is separating from his label, Warner Music Nashville. He extended a heartfelt “thank you” to the record company for making his country music dreams come true. Now, just because Shelton is without a record deal doesn’t mean he’s slowing down. Starting in February, he will kick off a Las Vegas residency, followed by the Friends and Heroes Tour 2025. Bestie Trace Adkins will join Blake on the road as well as Deana Carter, Craig Morgan and former “The Voice” contestant, Emily Ann Roberts. So far, a dozen dates have been announced for the tour with all the upcoming shows located east of the Mississippi. Public ticket sales begin September 13.
