Carly Pearce clears up misconception and Tucker Wetmore gets surprise from his grandma | Music City Minute

Carly Pearce has opened up about the biggest misconception people have of her. It seems a lot of folks think she is not over her divorce. It’s easy to assume that, considering her singles the last two years have been pretty heavy. However, Pearce points out that her songwriting has always reflected those types of feelings. For example, her breakout hit, “Every Little Thing,” came out two years before she even met her ex-husband. So, to clear up any confusion, Carly confirmed she has definitely moved on.
Tucker Wetmore received the best surprise from his grandma. First, he was gifted his grandpa’s leather motorcycle jacket. He was then given a box. Inside was a formal invitation to make his Grand Ole Opry debut on September 10. Needless to say, tears were shed. A huge congrats to the “Wine Into Whiskey” singer on his upcoming career milestone.
