Dasha sheds light on ‘Austin’ backstory and Luke Combs’ exhibit opens | Music City Minute

Carly Simon’s legendary get-back song, “You’re So Vain,” was likely inspired by a number of exes. However, Dasha confessed that her hit, “Austin,” is about one specific old flame. Ever the class act, Dasha called the ex “a great guy” and refuses to name him. So, don’t ask. She also admits the guy is fully aware the song is about him, but, thankfully, he hasn’t tried to reach out to her post success.

 A new exhibit has opened at the Country Music Hall of Fame and Museum: “Luke Combs: The Man I Am.” The “Hurricane” singer invited his team, family, friends and even his grade school choir teacher for a preview of the exhibit. Extending gratitude for his success he said, “This [exhibit] isn’t about me. Because without everybody in this room, I wouldn’t be here.”
