Garth Brooks and Trisha Yearwood were invited to Rome, Italy, for the World Meeting on Human Fraternity Conference. The country couple were in the company of other high-profile change makers such as international superstars, politicians, Nobel Peace prize winners and granted an audience with the Pope. Festivities included an uplifting acoustic set where Brooks played “The River,” “Amazing Grace” and “The Change.” Garth and Trisha were inspired by the overall message of the conference, which was it’s going to take all religions and all beliefs to bring peace and equality.
