I grant Bonneville International/KYGO the right to use and distribute the Photo in all forms and media throughout the world and in perpetuity, and I waive the right to inspect or approve use of the Photo. (Required)

I release Bonneville from any and all claims that may arise from the use of the Photo and the name, image, likeness and personal characteristics of the person featured in the Photo, including any claims of defamation, invasion of privacy, rights of publicity or infringement of copyright. Photos that contain obscene, provocative, defamatory, sexually explicit, or otherwise objectionable or inappropriate content will not be accepted. (Required)

Bonneville International/KYGO at its sole discretion reserves the right to disqualify photos for reasons listed above. Disqualified photos will be determined on a case-by-case basis. (Required)
