37 Million Pounds of Fried Rice and Ramen Recalled

The USDA just announced a MASSIVE recall — nearly 37 million pounds of frozen fried rice, ramen, and dumplings are being pulled from shelves because they may contain glass.
Let me repeat that, it has glass in it.
This started a couple weeks ago when Ajinomoto Foods recalled about 3 million pounds of Trader Joe’s chicken fried rice after four people found glass in their food.
Now it’s ballooned to 37 million pounds — that’s fried rice, ramen, AND dumplings sold at Trader Joe’s, Kroger, Costco, and Walmart.
And here’s the kicker — the investigation found that the carrots were the source of the glass contamination. The CARROTS!
I knew it! This is just another reason to avoid your vegetables. The carrots are trying to cut you.
