2026 National Western Stock Show starts Saturday

Jan 5, 2026, 12:13 PM | Updated: 12:14 pm

Celebrating its 120th anniversary, the National Western Stock Show presented by CommonSpirit Health starts this Saturday, January 10, and runs through January 25. Bringing together rodeos, livestock shows, western art, family-friendly activities and an expanded campus, this year’s Stock Show has more to see than ever before.

This year introduces two new buildings to the expanding National Western Center Campus. The Legacy, the Stock Show’s new world headquarters, is a hub of Western culture and community. Guests can view the National Western permanent art collection in the Katherine and Robert J. Wilson Gallery, explore the Coors Western Art Exhibit and Sale and enjoy a drink at The Legacy Saloon, which was designed as an authentic turn-of-the-century watering hole.

Livestock exhibitors have a new place to show in the Sue Anschutz-Rodgers Livestock Center, which features expanded barns, CoBank Arena, CoBank Auction Arena and the Coors Banquet Hall with indoor-outdoor seating, all included with grounds admission.

Opening weekend highlights include an Opening Ceremony and time capsule burial on Saturday, January 10, at 9 a.m. at The Legacy, in partnership with 150/250, the commemoration of twin anniversaries of Colorado statehood and the U.S. Declaration of Independence. Plus, to mark the 120th anniversary, the first 120 guests to enter the Stock Show grounds will receive a limited-edition commemorative belt buckle.

Free Grounds Admission Day is Tuesday, January 13. Guests can explore expanded fan-favorites like the King Soopers Petting Farm and Murdoch’s NW Nursery, and enjoy shopping and dining across the grounds all 16 days of Stock Show.

Parking remains consistent with previous years. Free parking and shuttles at Coors Field open at 8 a.m., with shuttles every 15 minutes to the front doors. Visitors can also use ride-share services at designated pick-up and drop-off locations or take the RTD N-Line to the National Western Center station. ADA-accessible transportation is available throughout the grounds.

The 2026 National Western Stock Show runs January 10–25. Tickets and a full schedule of events are available at nationalwestern.com. We are the West.
