OFFICIAL – 2020 Cheyenne Frontier Days Canceled

May 27, 2020, 3:16 PM | Updated: 3:23 pm

Wyoming Governor Mark Gordon announced today that the 2020 edition of Cheyenne Frontier Days has been canceled including the evening concerts. The cancellation of the event is the first time in 124 years. The Governor said the risk of spreading COVID-19 was too great for all the people who visit Cheyenne during Frontier Days to hold the events.

From CFD’s website –

In the interest of public health and safety, the 2020 Cheyenne Frontier Days has been cancelled due to the coronavirus pandemic.

In light of these circumstances, we have suspended ticket sales, and we have updated our Refund Policy and are offering the following choices for 2020 ticket patrons.

Rodeo and PBR Bull Riding Tickets for 2020 will automatically roll over to the 2021 season unless otherwise specified via the application.

The Thomas Rhett, Eric Church and Blake Shelton shows have been rescheduled as part of the 2021 lineup; and tickets will be reissued when 2021 tickets go on sale, unless otherwise specified via the application.
