$1 million bike park debuts in Colorado

Jun 2, 2026, 3:48 PM

A new bike park and pump track just opened in Fraser, Colorado. As they try to attract more visitors, the park is free for all ages.

The facility took two years to complete and cost $1 million to build. It’s also connected to Winter Park Resort mountain biking operations after they helped design the park and will help with the maintenance.

The grand opening was celebrated with over 300 people of all ages.

The park was designed with riders of all levels in mind. The pump track is paved and is 1,680-square feet.

There’s also over 2,800-square feet of dirt trails as well. Along with the trails there’s bike repair stations and seating in the shade.

The park is located just off Highway 40 in a 120-acre protected plot alongside the Fraser River between Fraser and Winter Park. The  park is part of Cozen’s Ranch Open Space, which was developed as part of the Fraser River Corridor Master Plan in 2018.
